They have been absolutely amazing thus far. The ladies entering the phone have been so compassionate and so determined to try to get me the answers I am looking for since my regular pcp and my orthopedic doctor have been no help. The staff listening to my tears frustration and reaching out to the doctors themselves, have been phenomenal.

Emily in Radiology gave me the most comfortable IV I’ve ever had on the top of arm just a few inches from hand in prep for my CtScan in Neuro building. Thank you!

Expect to wait 30 minutes anytime you call It's pretty ironic how every other doctors office at UF Shands has amazing call services, you can get some one on the phone immediately. Not here, which is infuriating if you need to change an appointment, schedule an appointment, or get an order for imaging faxed to a different facility

After five years of various treatments for my chronic back pain caused by lower lumbar stenosis, I had run out of less invasive options, and was referred to Dr. Gregory Murad at UF Health Neuromedicine Hospital.
