Expect to wait 30 minutes anytime you call It's pretty ironic how every other doctors office at UF Shands has amazing call services, you can get some one on the phone immediately. Not here, which is infuriating if you need to change an appointment, schedule an appointment, or get an order for imaging faxed to a different facility
After five years of various treatments for my chronic back pain caused by lower lumbar stenosis, I had run out of less invasive options, and was referred to Dr. Gregory Murad at UF Health Neuromedicine Hospital. I was hoping to get relief with a procedure that was short of a spinal fusion, but because of additional factors causing spinal instability, explained to me by Dr. Murad, there was a good chance that a less invasive option would cause additional problems leading to more surgery later. Dr. Murad and his team have always been kind, professional and considerate. They answered all of our questions, took care of me and my family and were concerned about my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Murad if you need a neurosurgeon!
