Worst experience ever! Avoid this place if you can. TERRIBLE billing experience where we spent 2.5 hours over 6 phone calls trying to communicate our insurance information (and they are In Network). Over 8 months later and they still can't get it right. Actually, I think their failures are a convenient SCAM to try and get clients to pay out of pocket. The counseling experience SUCKED also. Customer service is great. The receptionists are always courteous and respectful. I genuinely feel like the doctors don't care about what is happening in your life and they don't treat the underlying issues with any kind of psychological approach. They're very quick to assign labels to you without regard to the events that contribute(d) to your current mental health, and without attempting to discuss why you feel the way that you do.
