Horrible experience! I made an appointment online for my annual Mammogram for Feb 7 at Bay Meadows Imaging Center. I was flooded by emails and text reminders to keep my appointment. After my visit, they sent me a report saying all was fine, but they did NOT compare my films to 2024 films done at UF Shands 8th St! If they could compare my films from 2021, 2022, & 2023, what possible reason was there not to compare my 2/2025 films to last year's? I cannot reach the center or the radiologist who read my films. This place is a nightmare and should be ashamed of themselves. They scheduled me for an appointment and denied my form of payment from my insurance company !!! Who in the world denies someone form of payment for a breast exam!!! This is what the world is coming too.
I've been here twice for a mammogram. I've had really good experiences. The staff seem to know what they're doing, fast, and professional. Would definitely recommend
Located in Tower 2, on the 4th floor... navigating your way to the clinic could (potentially) be a bit confusing if you are not familiar with the layout of the buildings. The buildings are very old and in dire need of a facelift, but they are well maintained and exceptionally clean. The "main entrance" is a bit confusing to locate.
