I have been going to the vascular department at Shand’s Gainesville since 2006. Top notch and never an issue.This was my first experience with the neurologist. With any Dr. I google them and research other sites to see what information is out there. Surprisingly, there was little to no information on their surgeons. Given the urgent state of my conditions (compressed spine) I was frantic to get it taken care of so I made a consult appointment right away. I would personally like to thank the Amazing Doctors 👏 and Superb Staff 👌 here at the UF Department of Neurosurgery in Gainesville, FL for giving my dad HOPE. From start to finish, they handled and arranged just about everything. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and welcoming. These people REALLY CARE and will do their VERY BEST to help cure and heal you. I would like to speak with the head of this department before placing my comments. Ok. So I called and was told someone would return the call within 24 hours. Here it it 4 days later and no returned call. I have an appointment in about 6 weeks. I will edit this comment afterward.
