Mother of 88 years has macular degenerarion in left eye and double cataracts. She chose LAL procedure and in general it has been excellent. Komal has been a very professional, very kind and supportive optician who Mom felt was great and asked to see her each time. This is a very large and well oiled machine. Ruby who managed patient intake and scheduling was also highly efficient and excellent, working all hours of day and night. Mom is very pleased with her progress and would highly recommend their facility and services.
After a number of visits, I decided to take advantage of the Light Adjustable Lens to improve my vision and get rid of cataracts and glasses altogether. Once this decision was made, I was treated very well by Komal and her team to almost weekly evaluate my vision and and issues I might have had. Now after my 3 month check up, I am comfortable seeing distances and reading my phone and books without glasses. Mission accomplished!
Komal has been incredibly helpful, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and made the entire LASIK procedure feel seamless. Her extensive knowledge and guidance led me to choose the new SMILE Pro procedure, and I have absolutely no regrets. I had several hair removal sessions here. The service is excellent and it was painless. The environment was clean and the aesthetician (May) was very skilled and kind, and explained the procedure well to me since it was my first time.
