He rushed me. He didn’t answer my one question. He didn’t come in the room and spoke to me through the door. I realize there is covid but what doctor does that. Horrible.

I truly love Dr. Alexis he’s by far the best pain management doctor he’s kind, sympathetic and very carring. His team at the Manhattan location are amazing as well they’re very carring and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexis to all my family and friends as well as anyone who’s seeking for a Excellent Doctor. I also would like to give a special thank you to Kelvin Urena for always being so sweet and helpful. Thank you kindly, Silvia Valentin

What can I say. First two visits were good. Third not so much. I admit I did arrive super early for my appointment. Yet I was taken quickly into an examination room. Asked the routine questions and then forgotten about for 2hrs. I walked out. I have back pain from two accidents sitting around for such a long period is not easy. I did get a call a fee minutes after walking out from the Dr. Himself asking if I had to go. Well I expalined why and that was the end of the conversation.
