We bought a used vehicle there last year and the power window switch started acting up a few days ago. I went by there to ask if the warranty covered it. He looked at my paperwork and said it does. We are going to have it worked on next week.

Bought a new service body truck from Kaden. I live 400+ miles away, vehicle was delivered for a reasonable price. The experience was great.
Very Poor service. Great selection but no one wants to help or even deal on a counter offer. Save your time and money, go somewhere where the people are nice. I wouldn’t use them again for anything and I will not recommend them to any one. I was going to purchase 3 trucks total and ended up buying 4 from a dealer in Kentucky. It’s the service that counts, there are trucks anywhere you look.
Fantastic experience with Luke. Not only was purchasing a vehicle a breeze with him in the past, but he recently went out of his way to help me with a missing part that I should have had many months ago from a new car purchase made at a different lot. After reaching out to him for advice, Luke had the item shipped to me himself within two weeks. We live 9 hours away and hope to continue to use Luke for our business purchases.
