I took my car in for service and it was never looked at that day. Brought it back 3 days later and they finally looked at it but didn’t have time to fix it. I had to wait another week in a half to get in back in for them to finally fix it. No apologies for my inconvenience. They say they didn’t charge me for a few things but my bill was higher than what I was quoted. I definitely will not be buying my next car from them or taking it back for service. I was treated very well. I was given the time and opportunity to look and make my choices. I was also not made to feel like, because I am female, that I could be taken advantage of. Patrick took the time to listen to my concerns and what I was looking for in the purchase of my vehicle. Highly recommend.
Service Advisor, Dalton Summers, was/has been very helpful both recently and in the past...a nice young man. Please note that there were no tire pressures or tire rotation pattern listed by the service mechanic on my recent Cadillac service report...everything else was fine. Also, you really should list the Cadillac name along with Chevrolet anywhere it's listed...stationary, invoices/reports, online, etc. Finally for now, I'm sorry to see Cadillac going all-electric. Actual vehicle was excellient, took way too long, i ask about fixing my ehhel paint, at my expense when i dtopped off car and 3 or 4 times on thr phone since. I ssid something about it sat when i picked it up. I was told shop mansger eoild call. No call yet. Im very disappointed
There was a mess up in scheduling me for the Jasper location. Sarah Ferling and Dalton Summer's did an outstanding job getting me in their schedule... since I showed up unexpectedly. It is hard to find great customer service anymore... hats off to the two of them!!!
