We just purchased a truck from this dealer 3 weeks ago we purchased it online $31 000 cash when they deliver it to me. The power steering wasn bad so I sent it back and it’s been a week ago and I haven’t heard anything from them when they’re gonna deliver it to me. I tried to call them I call sales rep. He’s name is Fernando he said he was gonna call me back and I’m still waiting for the phone call. I got the title but I don’t have the truck yet so bad services
I went to see a car, test drive, etc ..I was upfront and said I was just looking and wasn't going to make a decision that day. I told my salesman up front, don't like pressure, etc...i got there, I was left alone for almost 15 min while he was off doing I don't know what, I did the test drive, told him a concern I had, and he just wanted to prove me wrong, (complete with hand gestures and drama) and then told me, there was another interested person and I had to decide.
