This place was filthy when I moved in, it looked like the oven had never once been cleaned. Giant gaping hole on the front door where a lock should be. The first time I turned on the air conditioner, giant cockroaches flew up from the basement. FLEW up. They had wings. It was also extremely common to just walk-through cockroaches on the front porch when I came in at night. Rented from August ‘21 to ~August ‘24. It was too horrible, other than fire escape stairs that were broken and flipped when you walked down them, took a few months and multiple requests for them to fix, apartment complex not responding to issues that broke lease (IE neighbors smoking in the building), apartment manager that never responded whether it be by phone or e-mail, so I don’t even know how many requests went ignored.
