My 14kt rope chain clasp broke. I left it to be replaced. They gave me back a diffrent necklace, i hadnt noticed until I took it off. Im hoping they correct their mistake. Because I do have pictures of my necklace.
I brought in my mother's ring to have a stone replaced. .it fell out within a month..took it to have it replaced..it fell out in less than 2 weeks! Replacement was free.. again it fell out in 2 weeks.. needless to say I'm going back a third time..and telling them I'll take my business elsewhere!
I came in and asked for a ring sizing and they refused to do it.
Beautiful showroom and friendly knowledgeable staff!
