We dropped off a tiffany Bracelet to get fixed and unfortunately the work on it melted the paint on the heart charm.They tried to match tiffany blue but was not successful.Mr Udry made it right and paid for a brand new Bracelet.Thank you for making it Right and will be back for sure.
Few experiences: communication between workers is non existent. I brought a ring in to get a second opinion if it could be repaired and a quote. I instructed not to repair the ring until we discussed the repairs/costs/ The original store offered me $1,300 in store credit for it which was null and void if anyone else worked on the ring. I wanted to be able to weight my options. Stopped in on a Saturday to have the clasp on my bracelet fixed, and they took care of it right away—no charge! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent service and a great experience overall!
