Are they still open? My family and I called and got no response, and I had an appointment for this Monday at 10 am, and they were closed, yet aren’t they supposed to be open from 9 am to 6 pm?

This place is a massive scam. I found them on groupon for a cleaning ($50) and the first time they were extremely welcoming and friendly and did a good cleaning with no issues. Given that the first time was good, a couple months later I booked a cleaning and whitening appt. I was told that I could not get whitening treatment because I had cavities so I opted for just the cleaning, which was then performed very poorly and painfully with no attention to detail. Scammer Alert Don’t waste your time and money. Their $40 or $50 deal is just bait for an upsale. After I paid $40, the dentist said he cannot do a regular teeth whitening treatment and cleaning but he could only do deep teeth cleaning which would cost over $600 because he is going to have to numb me. Unprofessional and careless and I couldn't even get my foot in the door. Called a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment as a new patient and they asked me for my insurance info so I gave it to them and everything was verified. On the day of the appointment I take time off work and I'm 5 minutes away from the place when I get a call saying they don't actually take my insurance so the appointment was cancelled. They took really good care of me here , gave me my retainers for a very decent price and in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back again!
