It’s a reason for the 1 star reviews, I wish Google would allow zero stars because that’s exactly what this company deserves. And have the nerves to continuously purchase other properties. How about you focus on bettering those communities you have already? Stop being money hungry and actually invest in the properties you purchase beforehand. Not a place I'd rent from unless you want a headache. I had mold in my apartment and they spray painted over the mold and said they fixed it .
Wish i could give zero stars. When my apartment complex was put under this management company it became horrible. They charged guest to park there for ,what i feel like, a ridiculous amount. Getting a hold of anyone was a nightmare. When i moved out they charged me ridiculous move out fees i’ve never paid anywhere else. I set up a payment plan for my moving out fees and i am pretty sure they tried to scam me.
