Villaggio in Mansfield. Wish i had read reviews before I moved in. Pool has been trashed all summer, charged for a garage and carport I did not ask for then threatened eviction over the $100! Why would I pay the rest of my rent in full on time....?!?! and had car towed twice now..... front gate seldom works but you want to tow cars off......I love the location but terrible experience
My experience with this property management company was appalling, both as an employee and as a human being. During one of the most difficult battles of my life—fighting cancer—they chose to shut off my water, showing a complete lack of empathy, compassion, or basic human decency. The leadership was immature, unprofessional, and thrived on gossip instead of fostering a respectful work environment. ‼️GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING‼️ I cannot stress this enough as it has been the only thing to hold them accountable. Keep correspondence limited to emails and/or text of you can. Summary: - Their website advertised the wrong layout. I expressed my concern multiple times, but I was completely disregarded. It wasn't until I went to the office again with pictures of the layout that was shown on the website and my resident portal that they finally acknowledged the layout was wrong. Unfortunately I can't give a zero. The new management as of 24/25 at The Flats is HORRIBLE!! Upon moving out they charged me to clean old carpet that smelled prior to me moving in and they have been rude and not helpful at all. I am no gad I have moved on!!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of living here. My apartment has had a severe water leakage issue due to a broken AC unit, and despite multiple complaints, the problem has not been resolved. The ceiling in my apartment is damaged, and there is mold growth that severely affect my family’s health, especially since my son is medically fragile and dependent on a ventilator as well as seizure prone.
