Are notorious for fraudulently charging you for renters insurance even when they have the policy on file with "get covered" they refuse to put your current policy on the renewals and insist on putting the master policy which cancels out the one already on file. They refuse to talk to you about it and ignore that it is even an issue. They expect you to babysit them and tell them when they fraudulently charge you every year, hoping you will not notice. They have the worst apartments at Addison at the park. everything is online, worst maintenance team, have cracks on the kitchen, bathroom, floor and they didn't even fix that for me, but try to suck every pennies out of your pocket and have a predatory approach toward tenants
