If I could give them 0 stars I would. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $1500 to “replace the floors” and sent me a bill from 2018 - I lived there 2023-2024. They have stopped responding to my emails and of course no one ever answers the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
Worst company in the world. Steer clear of any property managed by this company. They charge tenants egregious fees, implement predatory policies, and change personal frequently. You send an email regarding a concern that goes unanswered and then they automatically charge your account fees. RUN !!
5 stars to UDR not because of their management, but because of their talented, (and likely overworked) maintenance crew who deserve all the props in the world. Had Jeff and Scott stop by today to diagnose problems with my house and they got everything dine in a timely and efficient manner. Very impressed!
Please don't rent a place with this company. These people are the worst Property Management in Florida. They are not responsible neither diligent if you have a situation with your place, I called, texted, even use the App for a critical situation with the apartment and the representative (male) disrespectfully... hung the phone in the middle of our conversation. UNACEPTABLE The should be reported and take their license away.
It’s been a horrible experience with their billing dept , customer service is the worst you can’t speak to an actual person everything is via text or email.
