Zero stars isn't an option and this company deserves less than that!! First of all there is zero guest parking which is bologna!!! So I was there picking up my BF and the property manager approached me I explained what I was there to do and she was so freaking rude!!! I was discriminated against 100% I asked her where I should park so I could pick up my dude and she said off the property. Her complete lack of couth is befuddling to say the least!!!!!
trying to get an application into this place is like trying to get an application in to see the pope or the president...either I get no response at all from my emails or text messages or whatever they tell me is all bubble gum and bullshit...this has been 2 weeks of a horrible horrible experience
Don’t waste time applying in any of UDR apartments (I applied at Tiara Del Rey at Marina Del Rey CA). They open several applications for the same unit while your application is in process. They don’t reply timely but want all documents in 24 hr time. Their response time is 72 hrs and there’s no live people who you can talk to. Leasing specialists do not care or are available to help. Worst service in leasing application process. So don’t waste your time and money!
Worst Property Management and Slumlord’s I have ever had to deal with. It’s criminal how shady they are. They rent out apartments infested with roaches and rats that are dirty and I cleaned, after changing you a huge damage deposit that they will scam you out of when you move out . Don’t fall for it…..DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. IT WILL ONLY BRING YOU NIGHTMARES.They are the lowest of the low, and don’t care at all, they will gaslight you repeatedly but they never do what they say, it’s all a ploy until they can turn it around on... read more
