Every part of my experience was excellent, from the front desk to the doctor. Everyone I encounter was friendly and helpful.
same yourself some time and go somewhere else, most people love this place bc of dr. susong but its impossible to see him. the person i ended up seeing was okay but nothing special. on my follow up their front desk staff said they could not find my insurance any longer, even though i had just been seen a month prior. they told me they could not see me, i had to go home and i had to call my insurance company to work this out. i called insurance - turns out uderm staff missed a digit in my member id... but didnt bother to doub... read more
