We went there after seeing the 5-star reviews for our child. Her previous filling had fallen off. During the first visit, the doctor found five more cavities and assured us that the treatment would be completed within three visits. On the next visit, she filled the newly identified cavities and told us that the original tooth we came for would be treated during the following visit. I didn’t even have to attend this clinic to have a negative experience. I initially called to book an emergency appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. Their policy states there is a $50 fee if an appointment is not confirmed or cancelled with at least 2 business days’ notice before a specified cutoff time. I cancelled my appointment on Friday before the stated cutoff time, which should meet the 2 business days’ notice requirement. Had a great experience, receptionist was super sweet.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease right from the start. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently and all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’d definitely recommend this clinic, especially to students in the area. Will be coming back!
