The room that they take you to, to be examined, has a door with a window. I am very uncomfortable in that room as everyone in the waiting room can see you. And there is no privacy regarding your dental visit. The attendant will yell across the room to the patient to let them know their dentures are in or you have gum disease, out loud, among all of the patients. There must be no HIPAA concern regarding this establishment.
Very great atmosphere staff is very friendly and nice and it is very clean
Appointment was at 11:30 came 11 min early 47 minutes later still was not seen I went to ask front desk what was going on there was still 2 patients in front of me to be seen so I asked is it going to be another 40 minute wait and she said yes, I understand having to wait but every visit it’s the same and it’s always more than 30min wait. They should also respect our time just as we respect them showing up on time.
Pésimo servicio. Llegué 20 minutos antes de la cita de mi hijo y, una hora después, todavía ni siquiera lo habían atendido. Me cansé de esperar y me fui. Y para colmo, tienen el descaro de enviarme un mensaje agradeciéndome por “visitarlos” y pidiéndome una reseña cuando NI SIQUIERA ATENDIERON A MI HIJO. Definitivamente no regreso.
