I send many of my Medicare clients to Dr Chauhan and they love him and the office staff! When I got on Medicare I started going to him too. We are all treated like family. He is caring and thorough, expert in his field, and gives you the time you need. When I have to wait in the waiting room I understand because 1 time I myself needed more time in the patient room with the Dr. and he explained my condition and what I needed to do to help myself. I took his advise and it worked!
My mother was his patient once and had failed to thrive, losing weight, kept going to labs for UTIs, OGYN- he declined to send her to an in network Medicare urologist- months later- I had enough, I went back and demanded access to care- the office finally agreed- sent Mom for an ultrasound- guess what? Staff was irresponsible and the doctor was rude and unprofessional.
He stated while I was explaining I still have pain, that I was playing victim after having major surgery a month ago with two life threatening setbacks. He was unprofessional.
Beware! Totally appalled by the doctor's reaction to what we consider was due to the staff's inadequacy. My husband's records were lost (deleted from the system) to include all prior lab work and X-ray records ordered back in August. My husband had been to ER 3 days prior and was instructed to follow up with primary care doctor. The office staff requested more lab work before the doctor could see him. Great
I had not seen a physician in over nine years. Finally got scheduled with Dr. Chauhan; was a little hesitant because I really wanted a female doctor. Funny how things work out sometimes. Dr. Chauhan and I clicked instantly. He actually listens to me! I feel very at ease with him and for the first time in a decade I feel like I have my health in check.
Excellent Dr. with lots of knowledge, great personality, nice staff and pleasing facility.
