Had a cervical nerve root block performed from referral. Doctor met me briefly pre-op (<1 min). Did not see me to atleast to check in during post op. I had a lot of questions, so had to rely on the nurses. Nurses very friendly and caring. Doctor was hurried. Difficult to reach staff for scheduling - relies on phone calls, but I always get VM when I try to call back. Can't correspond via email effectively - terse response but never answer my questions! Insists on phone.

Mostly money driven. Had 6 injections on my neck not much relief. Won't give adequate pain relief otherwise.

The procedure recommended had no impact except on my wallet. My insurance was checked and an estimate given. However the surgery center ( That Dr Uday is part owner of) turns out to be out of network.

This man is always late. He spent very little time with me, and doesn't listen well. Like many others I found him rude. The injections were not helpful, and he seemed to take this personally. If injections don't work, he has nothing else to offer. I would not recommend him.

I have been a patient for 10 years, being treated for degenerative disc disease with radiculopathy. My foraminal injection, have almost always given me pain relief and when they did not , a return appointment was made by his office to continue treatment. The entire staff, clinical and administrative is professional and very nice. He was recommended by two neurosurgeons who have busy and successful practices and I have personal knowledge and confidence.

Professional, personable, pleasant, leaving a lasting positive imoression - Has a very obvious deserving respect of his peers. My injection procedure was a positive one- feeling confident and optimistic of improvement. No pain or discomfort anytime throughout procedure.
