I will spare the details of my miserable appointment with Robin Litt, but I left my appointment in tears from being so flustered after being looked over and talked down to. I did not feel cared for, listened to, or taken seriously. Maybe there are decent providers at this clinic, but the one I saw does not seem to be one of them.
Dr. Katie Brown and team are the best! I've been a patient of Dr. Brown's for 4 years now and have received exceptional care. She is empathic, professional, a great listener, and actually takes her time with patients. Anytime something has come up, Dr. Brown has been very responsive in communicating results, coordinating referrals, and following up to ensure issues are addressed promptly. I feel incredibly lucky to be her patient!
New patients, beware! I went to UCSF Women’s Health for an annual wellness visit and a routine pap smear. I’m a healthy 27-year-old with no pre-existing conditions, and just needed a PCP after aging out of my parents’ insurance. UCSF left me with over $1,500 in medical bills after charging for multiple problem-oriented visits with complex add-ons in addition to preventive services.
