I made a follow up appointment this mornign andwss suprised to see some lower star reviews. I was reffered to UCSF Urology for a complicated issue in 2024. I was super impressed by the Doctor, the Staff, and the Facility. The outcome of my surgery was relatively good. I'm no expert, but i'd guess that the doctors and staff are doing their best each day to help people as many peole as they can with a variety of unique challenging problems where very good results are not always possible. STAY AWAY!! I would leave zero stars if I could!! I was referred to a Specific surgeon in this practice more than a month ago. I am in pain and struggling after a first failed surgery elsewhere. I called them 12 days ago and was told that the referral had been messed up and that I was to be seen by a different doctor. The mystery doctor however I had never been assigned an appointment with, and I’m being told that the best they can do with anyone is the end of May, after taking a month without doing anything for me!! From front desk to Drs I've seen have always answered my questions and concerns seen me on a timely manner very comfortable and happy with my Healthcare..
Impossible to get an appointment over the phone or online, as they never reply... they're horrible. Hoping that someone from UCSF reads this!! Such a waste of time, I had my doctor change my referral to a different provider.
