My car was hit while parked outside the UCSF Outpatient Center in Burlingame. When I contacted UCSF’s security team to request surveillance footage that could help identify what happened, I was told there was no footage available for the date and timeframe due to an NVR issue. For a major medical institution, it’s extremely concerning that the surveillance system was not functioning.
