I was very satisfied with the service, and the parking spaces downstairs were also great!
This place is so well laid out and modern and well organized. The parking is right in the building, you don't have to circle. I arrived at 9:10 and left by 11:30 for my PET scan. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's better than the one in China Basin. You can also take Caltrain but I just drove.

My car was hit while parked outside the UCSF Outpatient Center in Burlingame. When I contacted UCSF’s security team to request surveillance footage that could help identify what happened, I was told there was no footage available for the date and timeframe due to an NVR issue. For a major medical institution, it’s extremely concerning that the surveillance system was not functioning. Places like hospitals and outpatient centers should have reliable security systems so people in the area can feel safe and incidents like this ... read more
