We were scheduled for an urgent visit with Dr. Kimberly Lui MD. , after canceling work, being stuck in traffic with my child and still making it within the late window, the front desk notified us that she went to the OR and would not be present for our visit. We were still charged the copay for a visit that did not happen. The front desk staff Ann Yu was incredibly rude. We will be transitioning care to another group. Don’t waste your time here, they do not care about quality patient care.
Deceptive billing processes. I was charged for an appointment time that did not occur. The provider, a PA, saw us for less than 10 minutes and provided zero valuable help. Yet we were billed for a 45 minute visit. Stay far away as you can. There may be limited options in the Bay Area, but I wouldn’t even come here as a last resort.
The team at UCSF Pediatric ENT is fantastic, from staff to surgeons. Honest, caring administrators and clinicians at all levels. Highly recommend.
