A preauthorization wasn’t obtained prior to the appointment because someone dropped the ball however from staff took care of it thankfully. 4 stars because the medical assistant was awful. No friendly let alone kid friendly and was overheard complaining . Not sure why someone would work in this field if they don’t like children or people. The imaging guy was nice and friendly.
