Fiancée called twice on Monday & Wednesday to confirm that we could pick up her meds on Friday. Pharmacy confirms both times. She gets there on Friday, pharmacist didn't fill it despite the double confirmation. Waste of time and commute. Get your act together. Thanks for making her late to her nursing shift btw.
After years of using chain pharmacies, I finally got fed up. Most of them don’t agree with tele-health. Always a line, nothing in stock. A friend suggested a pharmacy in a hospital. That sounded way more professional than a retail pharmacy. UCSF Outpatient Pharmacy is amazing. They listen, they are never crowded. They are so knowledgeable and professional. The best pharmacy I’ve been to by far. I wish I had known a long time ago.
