10/10 experience throughout my entire pregnancy. Care was top tier, clear communication and I especially am thankful for nurse Edie in the antenatal department. She is a wonderful!
I would give this place less than 0 stars forever and forever. There is a program called “embrace community,” and while it is a program that is supposed to help pregnant black people, their website isn’t working. You click on the link and it takes you back to the page you’re already on. They are working with Richmond area multi services, but I saw a young parent who was having to work and I’m not sure if they were receiving the support that they needed. A+ experience with prenatal care, labor, and delivery here. Exceeded my expectations for level of expertise and attention.
Ucsf has been an awful experience over the years. They had insurance negotiations ongoing so couldn't tell me if they would accept my insurance during the new year so I switched to kaiser. I switched back because of insurance changes. I have no dedicated doctor. I ask multiple people about a program they have a dedicated website for and they don't know what I'm talking about! I finally get someone from the program to call me back and they keep leaving voicemails. No call back number. I am in phone tag hell with the departmen... read more
