I have had exceptional service from Alexander Gotowski, PA. neurologist! He deserves 5 stars 🌟 Everybody has been very professional and kind EXCEPT for one female who I spoke to when I called with questions about my referral to their Memory & Aging Clinic. This one person is why I took one star away. Horrible staff, woman answered phone and kids screaming in background, they are clueless and rude. Well I guess trying to keep up with the San Francisco image.
Exceptionally frustrating experience dealing with these folks. They never answer the phone, they never return calls. One wonders if this clinic actually exists. Even the single five-star review does not give any detail, and one wonders if it is real. If this were a successful program, one would have expected to see a bunch of reviews one way or another.
