Not helpful at all. Wish I’d never waited the months it took for my appt because it was a waste of time. Not a good place for binocular dysfunction issues. Exam was half a thorough as it is at other facilities and not very thoughtful.
I cannot believe the poor level of service my mom has received BEFORE seeing the doctor. It’s been 3 weeks of calling once a week to still not get a call back, how is that okay? Completely unprofessional and downright rude. I am beyond disappointed as a long time patient of UCSF, I have never had this issue in any other department.
