They NEVER answer the phone. There is never anyone there at all. They’ve had our referral for months and we’ve had to send it over twice and still they have never called to schedule an appointment. Good luck getting care here.
Hello, I have called your clinic 5 times in the past few months to schedule a post-procedure lab collection; I have never received a call back despite leaving detailed messages with my straightforward request. (I have also called the Mission Bay reproductive clinic where the collection will actually take place several times and they always refer me back to your number as they say your clinic must schedule the lab collection time with me).
