Horrible Patient Customer Service! I had a bad experience with UCSF Sloat Blvd. Lakeshore San Francisco Laboratory. So I went to UCSF Sloat boulevard Lakeshore on December 11, 2025. The lab personnel who took the blood have an attitude problem. She was mean. First, I informed the receptionist about the three lab orders that I received from UCSF Doctor. Wish I had come here sooner. It's close to home, plenty of parking, quick check in and blood draw. Thank you team!
This is a review for the lab. I had a routine blood draw here and the experience was great. Thank you to Antoinette, who did her job quickly and efficiently. Check in was quick and the facility was clean and easy to find. Plenty of parking at the time I went which was a huge plus.
