Dr. Krishna Chaganti ignored our repeated requests to transfer medical records to another specialist. We called and emailed multiple times for the past three weeks and received no response. As a patient suffering excruciating pains day and night, we were unable to seek specialist help.
Dr. Chaganti identified my diagnosis that other physicians had missed for years. She is a great and caring lady.
