Worst experience ever. I gave an emergency situation and they told me to call back the next morning during normal hospital hours. Laughed and hung up on me 3 times.
Now a days any emergency room is overcrowded but they seem to have a good system. Seems like if your being admitted is where it grind to a stop.
5 stars for the amazing staff. Everybody from the Emergency Department floor, Surgery, Recovery, and everyone in between was kind, professional, empathetic, supportive, knowledgeable, and obviously really passionate about taking care of people. I had a lot of laughs and fun interactions with staff, which helped set a comfortable environment and eased the stress/tension of emergency surgery. WORST PLACE ON EARTH. I’m not exaggerating when I say If you want to die come here. They made us wait for over 8 hours in the waiting room when my mom was in critical condition. I kept repeating multiple times to the receptionist that my mom is not able to breathe while waiting. She said she’ll get a nurse to look at her and didn’t even bother to page anyone and was downright mean and dismissive They had run out of masks in the waiting area and they said they’ll replace it but didn’t even care to replace them. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because of the 1 amazing nurse practitioner that helped out my mom during our recent visit she was kind, smart, spent time with us, professional, well educated in her field and did a great job but the rest of the staff were nearly incompetent and all gave dmv worker vibes..
