WORST PLACE ON EARTH. I’m not exaggerating when I say If you want to die come here. They made us wait for over 8 hours in the waiting room when my mom was in critical condition. I kept repeating multiple times to the receptionist that my mom is not able to breathe while waiting. She said she’ll get a nurse to look at her and didn’t even bother to page anyone and was downright mean and dismissive They had run out of masks in the waiting area and they said they’ll replace it but didn’t even care to replace them. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because of the 1 amazing nurse practitioner that helped out my mom during our recent visit she was kind, smart, spent time with us, professional, well educated in her field and did a great job but the rest of the staff were nearly incompetent and all gave dmv worker vibes.. We came in through the ED at around 11am the very 1st point of contact is the 1st guard before the metal detector he’s was a a bit of bully and very rude but he was actually the nice security guard because less then 4 fe... read more
