Waited a very long time only to never be seen. Go somewhere else for emergency care if you can.
I just had surgery in my jaw and they put me in a bed in the hallway with a loud machine causing me to have more pain and the bed had a slippery cover so I slipped off the bed to try to get away from the machine.The nurse intentionally took my ice pack and refused to give me back the ice bag even though you can clearly see my face is very swollen on the right side of my face. DO NOT COME HERE. Front staff have zero empathy, accountability or respect for patients. No food or liquids provided, no MRI for over 24 hours, was refused a laying position for level 10 pain spikes during check in, letting me writhe in pain for hours before a nurse that can administer medication was available. Honestly if you like to pay for torture, come here, otherwise avoid at all costs as this is the worst place on the planet and the staff is apathetic at best with few folks like Michael who are willing to go outside of... read more
Poorly runned and worse than a 3rd world country. Trust me, I've been to other healthcare systems that are paid by national insurance. Efficiency on the other side of the world is much better than here. And, you need crazy insurance + copay + ripoff billing. Chances are, you'll be hanging out in the hallway for 12 hrs before anything..
