I am very disappointed with the service we received at the front desk today. The receptionist, Ellie, was unprofessional and lacked basic customer care. We arrived willing to pay cash for the consultation, and although we were only about five minutes from the late arrival cutoff, she refused to check us in or offer any reasonable solution. We’ve been happy with the care dr. Chau provides.
I grew up going to this pediatrician office and now my daughters are seen here as well , The customer service has always been great. The attention that my daughter's doctor gives her during her visit is amazing and makes my teenager feel comfortable talking to her. I appreciate the staff and the way that they run this office. I highly recommend this Pediatric office.
