My daughter fell and bust her head they still have me waiting 4hrs plus a waiting room full of people that’s not getting seen. Nobody getting called to the back just everybody waiting
We received subpar service and dishonest billing practices. Made the mistake of coming here for a sprained ankle. Not only could they not give us a clear diagnosis; they charged us $8000 for the inconvenience. I called for an itemized statement and they stopped taking my calls for the rest of the day. 0 star if i can. I have a daguter stayed 3days ER room and reguar room 5th floor due to e bike accident. 0 star to frontdesk and security guard. I was shock there additud all front desk peopel , all security guy They might mistaken like we are the king, you are the convict. All the peopel had a deep grief for their loss or family sick especialy there kids are. Very rude ,super rude and every word so command to us . Truly incredible staff. Very empathetic and patient. They listened to every single one of my concerns. These people are doing amazing work to ensure our children have the highest quality healthcare. In times like this we need to have more people willing to have compassion and empathy. Wonderful staff at this hospital!
i have been a patient at the emergency room more than once for several reasons and each time i have gotten really good care even from the rapid response team and the doctors when i was admitted to there hospital they take seizure's serious un like any other hospital that i have been to so i want to thank every one that took care of me when i was really sick if i could give this emergency room doctors and the others that took care of me i would give them a thoued stars i would even the firmly house took care of my sister wile... read more
