My experience with the clinic has been great so far, other than the similar unfortunate experience end of 2023 as someone else had posted. The Practice Coordinator Kelaina was most excellent in offering her understanding and support for what happened which I understood to be a lack of proper communication from their office manager. Overall, they do a good job.
This place sucks! They have no concept of being a medical facility and act like some kind of fast-food place or something, closing as they wish with no notification. They made my grandma go down to the clinic and yet it was closed, and they did not answer any calls - all the time when the place was supposed to be open! Patient Services ought to look into this. Grandma was told there were others who also went down before their supposed closing time only to find no one answering the door or phone. What a shame!
We have been going here for about 7 years. The audiologist, Kurt is absolutely wonderful. He's friendly, intelligent and knows what he's doing. He has you in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The whole staff is wonderful
