Don't go here unless you want thousands of dollars of AVOIDABLE medical bills. They will charge you a "facility fee" for a REMOTE VISIT...unreal...and then give you the run around for MONTHS despite your insurance very clearly stating there is no facility fees allowed for telehealth visits. Also, despite me explicitly asking, they failed to get preauthorization for my genetic test so my insurance denied it..... which I only found out AFTER it was ordered. Seriously, how can they be so incompetent? I wish I had never gone her... read more
Took 5 calls to reach a human and then it takes 3 appointments to get an estimate by which time you are already in the hole for thousands over the insurance contribution. Snarky assistants too.
