The lady there was very nice and my phone (which had screen and display damage) got fixed pretty fast. If any of my devices break again this will be the first place I come to.
I'm so happy with my experience here. My samsung galaxy s22 battery had been getting worse and worse over time, until finally it bit the dust and actually started to bloat and expand to where my case was bending outward (don't mess around with that, kids, it's dangerous). U Crack I Fix ordered me a new battery which arrived the next day, and they replaced it and got my phone back to me in less than an hour. Reasonable prices. Staff is polite, helpful and competent. My phone is as good as new.
I need some help with my phone. The reason for the 1 star is to get your attention. I will give you 5 stars after we see you. I have a phone without a phone case nor a screen protector. I was not taking care of it and it dropped and the one side of the screen chipped and from the middle down, it¨s all black. I am all bummed because I am young and not allowed with another phone. I need your help. Please Help me. ( I have a Galaxy Note 10+)
