Dr Russell is great. If you can see her. But you won’t. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE can't get your children that are ALREADY current patients in for 6 months. denied accepting my 3rd child ( newborn) after first 2 children are already patients. complete joke of a facility
The front office is very rude and I wanna start off by saying that I work for the medical field as well and to be honest I have not ever treated patients the way they did. I had an appointment at 2:00and didn’t get there until 2:15 I was five minutes late. I really had a great experience with all of the staff and Doctors . They were very thorough and spent a good amount of time with my daughter. I loved the way they asked her questions and gave her a say in her own care. In addition, the Doctors really took every concern into consideration. Thank you!
