Mismanaged clinic with poor administrative oversight; not sure how a simple new patient referral is processed incorrectly? the website clearly states they're accepting new patients this was not the case during my first visit (worst encounter with a provider to-date). Dr. Lakshiminarayanan was exceptionally rude, inpatient, dismissive and disrespectful towards me without ever conducting a proper initial assessment. this office is just like every office that accepts appointments and peoples money and makes people wait months to get in and then doesn’t give them answers doesn’t call people back. not a surprise. i wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone i know
Dr. Traverse (Rheumatologist) & Dr. Nina Carely (Primary Care) were amazing and is the full reason for this review! Sadly, they're no longer employed with UCONN.
