I waited months for my referral, never heard anyone call me back from this office. I have called several times and no one returned my call!!! When I called back, the woman on the phone is extremely rude!!!! I explained my situation to her and she wasnt listening and told me I need to listen to her! Wft is this???? Honestly I don’t want to see this this office! The worst and absolutely the worst healthcare! Whoever talked to me should be fired, she is dragging this place down!!!
The sleep study place needs some help. They never answered the phone for scheduling appointments and did not respond to faxes. I think I called and faxed over 100 times over about a year with not a single returned phone call. Once I went in person to schedule I had to be quite rude to get an appointment, they told me to call the phone number which they do not answer to schedule the study.
