For CPAP "fitting" appointments, DO NOT BOTHER. They bill $900 as an outpatient "procedure" which is absolutely BS. I assumed that it would be billed like a physical therapy/respiratory therapist appointment but nope. Not to mention the person for the fitting appointment was incompetent, and left a passive-aggressive/demeaning note in my file. And I still had to pay for a useless waste of time. I waited months for my referral, never heard anyone call me back from this office. I have called several times and no one returned my call!!! When I called back, the woman on the phone is extremely rude!!!! I explained my situation to her and she wasnt listening and told me I need to listen to her! Wft is this???? Honestly I don’t want to see this this office! The worst and absolutely the worst healthcare! Whoever talked to me should be fired, she is dragging this place down!!!

The sleep study place needs some help. They never answered the phone for scheduling appointments and did not respond to faxes. I think I called and faxed over 100 times over about a year with not a single returned phone call. Once I went in person to schedule I had to be quite rude to get an appointment, they told me to call the phone number which they do not answer to schedule the study. So dont waste your time on the phone or fax. Go in person. When I finally got my sleep “study” they should call it the no-sleep study. The... read more
