Dr. Rachel Gilbert is one of the most unprofessional providers I have ever met. At our first, brief meeting, she was extremely rude and condescending to me. She was very uncomfortable with several of my routine medical conditions, and even mocked me at one point, causing me to end our appointment, and report her to her superiors as well as the state medical board. They are good - when you can be seen. I am a years-long patient and have been losing my PCPs (who are leaving) and getting rescheduled with new providers over and over and over. It's a shame because the facility is nice and convenient, and the staff is generally good.
