This review is for the UCONN CANTON FLU SHOT DRIVE THRU CLINIC. The first person greeted us and gave us plastic bags with papers and ice packs in it. Did not tell us on what we have to do with it. Then told us to drive to the person on the right then go to the person on the left after. Which is confusing cause that would mean we need to back up to go to the person on the left. In general, over the years I’ve had a wide spectrum of both arguably very poor care and very good care, including other offices other than UConn. Since being treated at the UConn office in Canton, the care has been almost always good or very good. Prior primary providers such as Dr. Manjot Reen and Dr. Kelly Quijano provided excellent care and I have been tremendously thankful for that. Dr. Dan K. Nguyen is a Great doctor, always happy to listen and help patients feel better.
Dr. Rachel Gilbert is one of the most unprofessional providers I have ever met. At our first, brief meeting, she was extremely rude and condescending to me. She was very uncomfortable with several of my routine medical conditions, and even mocked me at one point, causing me to end our appointment, and report her to her superiors as well as the state medical board.
