I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received at your hospital. From the moment I arrived at the emergency department, I experienced a serious lack of assistance and professionalism. I am pregnant and was in significant pain, unable to stand on my own. Despite this, the staff stationed at the emergency entrance showed no willingness to help or provide guidance. At no point did I receive assistance from them. I'll keep it simple, awful is an understatement. I never saw a doctor They put me in a room left me there and miserable pain. then on the way out the door they lost my gold chain and my gold bracelet. It was like all hands on deck to try to figure out where they put it It was ridiculous. horrible place
The wait is wayyy tooo long, appeared unorganized with little staff available.
I'll keep it simple, awful is an understatement
