So much better than Hartford and Saint Francis, Cleaner, Faster, and much friendlier, The nurses aides are always kinds and have a wonderful bedside manner.
In winter time of March 2021 I was brought to the emergency room by ambulance after I fainted while driving in the afternoon time. My phone was dead and I asked if there was a charger which they stated there wasn’t so I wasn’t able to call any family. In 2016, I went to the ER for gastrointestinal distress due to severe (then undiagnosed and untreated) IBS and food intolerances. I was freshly 18 grappling with debilitating, constant stomach issues, and was terrified as they frantically worsened. My parents were working, so I went to the emergency room alone. Dr. Quan, I hope I'm spelling that right, HE WAS AMAZING WITH MY TOOTH EXTRACTION! never do I wanna get another tooth pulled but if I needed one I WANT HIM TO DO IT! I never enjoyed a tooth being pulled before. Ha! This isn't my first rodeo BUT IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!
