Was in a car accident, came in at 11:40pm, currently it’s 2:42am and I am still in the waiting room.
The worst thing was the noisiness of a group of staff gathered around the nursing stations. They sounded like they were at a party, talking loudly and laughing like hyenas. I was embarrassed by their unprofessionalism They made the whole environment seem unserious and showed no respect for the patients.
Sat for almost 4 hours in excruciating pain and nver got seen had to sign out and head to a different emergency room to get seen
Literally don’t come here. I would say “unless you’re dying” but I actually think that might be even worse, because they’ll just let you pass away in the waiting room. While I waited (an hour) to be seen for pain in my right side, so bad it woke me up from sleep with chills and nausea, I witnessed one patient fainting in the bathroom and another that had been waiting for 3 hours with a head injury. My child was with me and has school tomorrow, so I decided to just leave and maybe go somewhere else tomorrow or hope I survive ... read more
