that service is a Joke! – clearly, dont ever use this people! scam ! they are so bad.
Blew off appointment – Made an appointment and they did not show up - at all. They did not call or e-mail about a delay despite having both my cell phone number and e-mail address which are readily accessible. I took a day off work to make this happen and I consider the blow-off to be very unprofessional. Avoid this company. They get an 'F'.
Nice people. Poor cleaning. – Used this company to get the carpets cleanined in our offices.Their procedures were great, but they didn't clean the carpet well. I liked the ease with which I was able to book the time I wanted, and the fact that the crew showed up on time, and were personable. The bad thing is that they used a dilapitated old carpet cleaning machine that barely got the surface of the carpets.
