UCM was amazing! They came in a did a really good deep clean and we decided to continue with regular service. My office is cleaned and looks great daily.
NO SHOW!! I booked a service with Thirem for my office and he never arrived. After calling the business line (no response) and Thirem's number repeatedly, I finally got a response. He simply said "something came up". Is this a legitimate business? This is the most unprofessional and unorganized experience I've ever had. I never give bad reviews but this is truly disappointing.
We’ve had a great experience with UCM Services. They pay attention to the details, show up professional, and take pride in the work. Every space feels clean, fresh, and ready to use. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
