Since switching to UCLA Venice Dental Center has been nothing but amazing! The staff has been super helpful. Dr. Ali had done an amazing job on my teeth. She is skilled and definitely takes her time. She got my teeth white and gums looking so much better! Thank you to Dr. Ali and the staff!
The Venice UCLA dental clinic is fortunate to have such accomplished dentists! I received excellent care from Dr. Ali, whose knowledge and skill impressed me very much. Gentle and thorough - she is a person of the greatest capability, and that's one of the many reasons the UCLA Dental clinic and staff deserves to be recognized for the best care, and the most dedicated and well prepared dentists. Now I can smile!
STAY AWAY. The so called admin there was rude and unhelpful, very short and irritated easily. When asked complex questions she did not answer, when asked to speak with the dentist resident or the onsite physician she would not get them on the phone. She would try to give medical advise which is highly unethical. The staff is very lazy and rude- deliberately lie when asked if they have received something via email when it was clear they received it. They will purposefully not answer your call if they recognize your number.
First of all I am surprised to see that one have to scroll down a lot to find the negative reviews when that clinic has a low rating. That being said , they messed up my root canal by not going deep enough in the gum Causing an infection where I almost lost an eye. When I contacted them they said they will get back to but never did. I can only hope this place will get better
