Not much wait Good Doctor
Great care for my fall and arm stitches . Very professional staff
I was nervous to go here bc of the reviews but I had a solid experience. The website said it was 50 minutes or less to be seen but I got there at 9 am and was done with the doctor and leaving the office at 9:30 am. I had good communication with everyone I spoke with: front desk, nurse and doctor. And I was charged with a co-pay like a normal doctor visit. I didn’t know what to expect. I had to come here because my pcp at ucla isn’t established- I’m waiting for that appt. But I would come again.

The worst medical experience of my life. I have never encountered such a negligent, dismissive, and disorganized urgent care facility. From the moment I arrived, the doctor was rude, condescending, and clearly uninterested in actually listening to my symptoms. I was offered basic treatments—a shot, a heating pad—that were never provided until I had to ask repeatedly.
