This is the worst pain Managment facility I have ever encountered. They keep asking me to come in for "consultations" so they can continue to bill my insurance for NOT giving me the pain management injections my doctor already approved. It seems like they are more interested in making money, not listening to their patients & making excuses not to provide care. Make me wonder what they are managing and what their motives really are. Healthcare is not the motive. I would suggest you go somewhere else to save time & money.
I came in today for a new patient appointment to see Dr. Wu. I had to wait a while to get this appointment. I came in as I was told told , half an hour earlier with all the completed forms. I came in even a bit earlier since parking is a nightmare or terribly expensive. The male at the front desk was pleasant.
