Misdiagnosed a clear fracture, and charged a ton of money. Do not go.
If it wasn’t for this urgent care, I wouldn’t be alive. Went in thinking I had a UTI but they immediately knew that it was something more serious. They sent me for a CT immediately and it turned out. I had cancer. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
I can’t believe this place is allowed to use the UCLA HEALTHCARE name. I only come here when in DESPERATE need of help outside of going to the ER on the weekends- and everytime I regret it. The rudest front desk. The longest wait. Incapable of showing care and consideration or compassion Doctors cant diagnose properly Nightmare wait times. I wish UCLA WOULD INTERVENE AND DO SOMETHING. The worst part is they send unnecessary charges to insurance and GAUGE for things that never happen.
In at 7:20, out at 7:50. I needed a consultation on some medical concerns and received the information I needed promptly.
I saw Dr. Vance Washington today and he was great! I was impressed! I hope everyone gets a chance to experience such quality patient care and impressionable treatment when find yourself suddenly in his presence. He was concerned about my condition and very knowledgeable about the proper treatment options. Most important, he was completely engaged in our conversation and that made me feel better which uplifted my spirits.
