I'm having trouble getting an appointment; sometimes it takes three months. And nobody does anything about it. Mental health in America should be a priority.

I was billed over $1100 before insurance, almost $700 after insurance, for a telehealth appointment with my psychiatrist that was basically just a med check-in. "Are the meds still working? Yup? Great." Couldn't have lasted more than 15 minutes. How is this legal? It is unconscionable to gouge a patient for this much money for something so minor. Canceled my appointment without telling me. Told me they had an opening at Culver City location, so I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived they told me that the appointment was canceled and that they didn’t know why and I could call this location I called and they told me that they weren’t familiar with my insurance I asked him why didn’t they call me or email me and they said they sent me a message in the app I do not have.
