Staff are very professional.
Got there just after opening with no appointment, after severe ear pain kept me awake all night. Check in took 5 minutes, got taken to a room and was diagnosed with an ear infection (swimmers ear). Entire visit took about 30 minutes and the prescription was sent right away for my drops. Staff was friendly and office was clean. Honestly, I hate going to any sort of doctor but zero complaints for this visit.
I came in close to closing with concerning (but not ER) symptoms. They made sure I received quality care and proposed legitimate follow-up. It was obvious I was the last patient that night but they treated me with the same care as had I been the first. I wish the attending were accepting new patients. I would certainly value them as my PCP. In any case, these folks provided prompt, good quality, thorough, compassionate, professional medical care like I haven't experienced since my previous PCP moved. Recommended.
Very unprofessional nurses don’t have clue how to place NG tube to a kid and defer to hospital ….
Generally received good care here, but recently I specifically asked the nurse to not run a pregnancy test with the sample I provided and the doctor ran one anyway. I was then charged $48. I contested with billing and patient experience, but the medical staff lied, saying I didn’t deny the test. The miscommunication between the nurse and the doctor is not my fault. When a patient in their mid 20s tells you there is 0% chance they are pregnant, believe them!
